animals are locally, humanely, farm raised on grass and grain supplemented. Healthy livestock creates healthy humans! we use a usda certified Meat processing facility that is extremely clean & small, local and family run. Animals are family raised & never under stressed conditions. We pick out and pick up the cow fresh out of the field and deliver him straight to our small town butcher shop where he is kept in clean, calm condition with fresh water.

here’s what to expect

once we receive your reservation

Step 1: book your reservation $500 deposit that will be refunded on the day of pick up.

step 2: wait patiently as your meat is being processed (Usually about 4 weeks)

step 3: Take time to prepare your freezer Space

step4: Please be sure that we have your email & phone number

step 5: we will email you a confirmation when your meat is ready for pick up & all the details

step 6 : we coordinate with you through text/phone/email for pick up in mount Pleasant.

we want you to feel comfortable with the whole process so that you know what to expect from beginning to end. if you have any questions at all please don’t hesitate to email us.

After your reservation we will communicate through phone calls, texting, and email .

A Half Beef = 5.7 cubic feet of freezer space

a quarter beef = 2.85 cubic feet of freezer space

a whole pork = 4.28 cubic feet of freezer space

a half pork =2.14 cubic feet of freezer space
